By accessing or using mastroify.com and our Vedic astrology consultation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Services

Mastroify provides Vedic astrology (Jyotish) consultations through a panel of 8-9 specialist astrologers. Our services include birth chart readings, career guidance, relationship compatibility analysis, muhurta selection, annual predictions, and remedial guidance.

All consultations are based on classical Vedic astrology principles including Parashari, Jaimini, and other traditional systems.

3. Service Delivery

Consultation reports are delivered within 3-5 business days after receiving complete birth details and payment. Complex analyses may take additional time, which will be communicated in advance.

4. Accuracy of Information

The accuracy of our astrological analysis depends on the correctness of the birth details you provide (date, time, and place of birth). You are responsible for providing accurate information. We cannot be held liable for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect birth data.

5. Guidance Disclaimer

Our astrological consultations are intended for guidance and educational purposes only. They should not be considered as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on our consultations.

6. Payment & Refunds

Payment is required prior to consultation delivery. Pricing is as displayed on our pricing page. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if services have not yet been delivered.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on mastroify.com, including text, graphics, algorithms, horoscope predictions, and educational content, is the intellectual property of Mastroify and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our consultation reports
  • Provide false identity or misleading information

9. Limitation of Liability

Mastroify shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific consultation in question.
